Presenters: Trustees of the Vincentian Volunteer Trust
Every year the Trustees of the Vincentian Volunteer Trust hold their Annual General Meeting. This is an opportunity for the Managers of the Trust to reflect on the previous year, to offer thanks to all those who support the volunteers or offer them a placement; to show the accounts and to meet past and present volunteers.
Although the AGM is only one day this is an occasion for the present volunteers to see how the organisation works, to hear and enjoy some of the experiences and stories from the past.
It is a full day with guest speakers, time for discussion and questions, a buffet lunch, and finally the Eucharist.
