Suddenly the last week is here! Now is the time to draw everything together. During the previous few weeks the volunteers have completed their final evaluation, and have had time to reflect on the year.
Now, in these last few days the volunteers reflect individually and together on what has been important to them, and how their dreams from the beginning of the year have changed or developed.
During this week the volunteers have the opportunity to say “goodbye” to one another, to celebrate what they have shared over the year, and to invite their friends and work placements supervisors to a final Mass where the “year with a difference” comes to a conclusion and where everyone is ready to move on, open to whatever the future holds.
